UrbanPiper is an order management system that integrates with multiple food delivery platforms. It consolidates orders from all connected platforms into a single interface, simplifying the delivery process.

Prerequisites

To use the UrbanPiper integration in a live production environment, ensure the following requirements are satisfied:

  • UrbanPiper subscription: A valid UrbanPiper subscription is mandatory.

    For any concerns or queries regarding your UrbanPiper subscription, please reach out to the account manager linked to your Odoo database.

  • Odoo requirements:

    • Odoo subscription: An active Odoo Enterprise subscription is required. Odoo Community does not support this integration.

    • Odoo version: Odoo Enterprise version 18.0 or above.

    • Odoo platform: All Odoo platforms are supported, including Odoo Online, Odoo.sh, and On-Premise installations.

  • Delivery platform reseller account: A registered reseller account is required with each delivery platform to be integrated (e.g., Uber Eats, DoorDash, Careem, Deliveroo, Zomato).

품목

품목을 개별적으로 사용할 수 있게 하려면,

  1. POS ‣ 품목 ‣ 품목 으로 이동합니다.

  2. 품목을 선택하면 품목 양식이 열립니다.

  3. POS 탭으로 이동합니다.

  4. Urban Piper 섹션을 작성합니다:

    • 지정하려는 POS에 음식 배달 가능 항목을 입력합니다.

    • Optionally, set up the Meal Type field and enable the Is Recommended and Is Alcoholic buttons.

단일 품목을 배송할 수 있는 위치입니다.

한 번에 여러 개 제품을 음식 배달에 사용하려면,

  1. POS ‣ 품목 ‣ 품목 으로 이동합니다.

  2. 목록 아이콘()을 클릭하면 목록 보기로 전환됩니다.

  3. 품목을 선택합니다.

  4. 지정하려는 POS를 음식 배달 가능 열에 입력합니다.

  • 현재 UrbanPiper는 콤보 제품을 지원하지 않습니다.

  • 이를 해결하기 위해서는, 품목을 생성한 후 콤보 선택을 속성 및 세부 옵션 으로 정의합니다.

동기화

음식 배달 플랫폼에서 품목을 사용할 수 있게 설정하려면 UrbanPiper 계정과 동기화하세요:

  1. POS 설정 으로 이동합니다.

  2. 음식 배달 커넥터 섹션까지 아래로 스크롤합니다;

  3. 메뉴 동기화 버튼을 클릭합니다.

    • 매장 만들기 및 메뉴 동기화 버튼 아래에 있는 마지막 동기화 타임스탬프가 업데이트됩니다.

참고

  • 동기화에 성공하면 알림이 작동됩니다.

  • UrbanPiper Atlas 플랫폼에서 변경 사항이 반영되는 동기화 프로세스에 2~3분 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.

출시

  1. Atlas 계정의 위치 탭 으로 이동합니다.

  2. 활성화할 위치를 선택한 다음 실행 요청 을 클릭합니다.

    1. 활성화할 플랫폼을 선택한 후 다음 을 클릭합니다.

    2. Enter the Platform ID and Platform URL in the corresponding fields to establish the connection between the platform and UrbanPiper.

주문 흐름

An order placed via the configured delivery platform triggers a notification. To manage these orders, open the orders’ list view by:

  1. 알림 팝업창에서 주문 검토 를 클릭합니다.

  2. 온라인 주문서에서 가방 모양 아이콘을 클릭한 후 신규 를 클릭합니다.

    참고

    • 이 아이콘을 클릭하면 신규, 진행 중, 완료 와 같이 각 단계에 있는 주문 수가 표시됩니다.

    • The New button indicates newly placed orders, Ongoing is for accepted orders, and Done is for orders ready to be delivered.

그런 다음,

  1. 주문을 선택합니다.

  2. guilabel:수락 버튼을 클릭합니다.

  3. When an order is accepted, its Order Status switches from Placed to Acknowledged and is automatically displayed on the preparation display.

주문이 준비되면,

  1. 주문 목록 보기를 엽니다.

  2. 주문을 선택합니다.

  3. Click the Mark as ready button. Its Order Status switches from Acknowledged to Food Ready, and its Status switches from Ongoing to Paid.

주문 실패

Sometimes, the shop or restaurant may want to reject an order. In this case, open the orders’ list view,

  2. 거부 버튼을 클릭합니다.

  3. 팝업창에 있는 사유 중에서 하나를 선택합니다.

중요

Swiggy 주문은 직접 거부할 수 없습니다. 주문을 거부하려는 경우에는, Swiggy 고객 지원팀에서 레스토랑으로 연락합니다. 마찬가지로 Deliveroo, JustEat, HungerStation 에서는 주문 거부를 허용하지 않습니다. 이러한 경우에는 항상 해당 업체의 가이드라인에 진행하세요.
